On January 1, 2019 the IND published the new salary requirements for qualifying as a highly skilled migrant.
The salary requirements as stated by the WML (statutory minimum wage) will be adjusted and published by the Minister of Social Affairs and Employment twice a year: on the 1st of January and on the 1st of July. As the IND then decides on the corresponding requirements for highly skilled migrants, they will also publish these new salary requirements, soon after the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment.

Please find below an overview with the new minimum gross salaries per month for highly skilled migrants. These numbers exclude holiday allowance:
– Highly skilled migrants of 30 years and older: € 4500,-
– Highly skilled migrants younger than 30 years: € 3299,-
– International graduates who start working as a highly-skilled migrant during their orientation year: € 2364,-
