In order to come to the Netherlands a legal visa and work/residence permit is needed. We will deal with the immigration office (IND) and embassy for you to have your employee ready to come to the Netherlands. The duration of this track will depend on the procedure. In this track, as in all, we will keep direct contact with your future employee, so that the communication will run as smoothly as possible. We see this as a highly important step for relocating someone from their home country to the Netherlands.
The most common procedure is the knowledge migrant procedure. The procedure normally takes 2 weeks at the IND. Our experience is that the IND not always approves the procedure in 2 weeks. We always advise our customers count on a duration of 2-4 weeks. After approval of the IND the employee is already allowed to start working!
